Position Overview

The Vendor Relationship Risk Specialist role in the Supply Chain organization is based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH and focuses on vendor onboarding, monitoring, and risk management to ensure compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and monitoring processes for third party vendors.
- Coordinate due diligence assessments, remediation efforts, and performance tracking.
- Manage vendor status, documentation, timelines, and KPI recording.
- Communicate with vendors and internal partners for task completion.
- Escalate issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, process adherence, and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have experience in vendor management, compliance, procurement, or related business operations with strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and familiarity with risk tools.
Additional Responsibilities
Identify and manage risks associated with products or services, consult with vendors on risk remediation, and prepare reports for management review. The role requires meticulous risk assessment to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
