Position Overview
PNC is seeking a Tax Analyst within its Commercial Real Estate organization. This role is based in either California, Oregon, or Washington and focuses on organizing and analyzing tax forms according to regulatory requirements. The candidate will help manage tax data, prepare appropriate tax filings, and monitor federal, state, and local tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze tax forms in accordance with regulations.
- Research and monitor federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Prepare tax forms and instruments for filing.
- Inform business units about tax implications.
- Compile and analyze tax data for management reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold an Associates degree or possess equivalent experience, along with at least 4 years of related business experience. Familiarity with data analytics, expense controls, financial analysis, GAAP, tax audits, and tax regulations is preferred.
