Position Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst within PNC's Data Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and downstream regulatory, analytics, and reporting consumers. This position focuses on data quality, production support, release readiness, PII compliance, and cross-team coordination across key Commercial source systems. You will be highly collaborative and operational, with a strong emphasis on ensuring data flows accurately and predictably to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop information systems for clients, conducting data information analysis for various studies under organizational standards.
- Develop strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery.
- Advise business, applications, and operations counterparts to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Structure the environment and create logical storage units, mapping database elements into logical units.
- Implement and support technologies for managing and effectively utilizing multiple information sources, formats, and uses.
- Resolve data integration and security issues to ensure adherence to the organization's quality standards.
- Research customer needs and conduct awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers.
- Advise end-users on data manipulation, end-user support systems, and statistical analysis.
- Select new information sources and acquire stock; catalog and index new materials.

Pay and Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
