As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Account Management Fico Strategy organization, you will be based in Troy, MI.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities for epics and change requests by gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, facilitating refinement sessions, and securing stakeholder approvals to support development readiness.
  • Support end-to-end delivery through user story refinement, sprint planning, process mapping, meeting documentation, desktop procedures, release summaries, validation support, and pre- and post-release communications.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert and cross-team partner for consumer and business credit card line management strategies, while managing FICO-related requests, defects, research items, and backup support for the Product Owner.

Job Description

Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
