Project Manager III - CTO

Overview

As a Project Manager III - CTO, you will lead complex, multi-track data center buildout, retrofit, and migration projects as part of Orange Rocket, PNC’s flagship transformation initiative. Your work directly impacts regulatory compliance, IT resiliency, and national expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Manage multi-track programs ensuring regulatory and resiliency standards.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and associated processes.
• Provide concise, data-driven executive reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage risks.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience in managing data center projects, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management tools like Clarizen, MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow alongside executive-level communication skills and change management.

Qualifications & Additional Information

University degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in the industry. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. This role may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval and may require occasional in-office presence.
