Position Overview

As a Process Improvement Specialist Senior within PNC's Risk, Change, Experience and Strategy organization supporting the First Line of Defense Change Management team, you will work remotely. Additional locations within the PNC Footprint may be considered.
Experience in Business Process Mapping and/or Modeling, Process Improvement, and Project Management methodologies (Traditional, Agile, Scrum) is highly preferred. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are beneficial. Familiarity with Visio, ARIS, IBM BlueWorks Live, Gliffy, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is preferred.
Job Description
The role involves evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing organizational operations and technology processes to optimize efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data sets to quantify process efficiency, identifying process gaps, developing cost-benefit analyses, and conducting diagnostics to prioritize improvement projects. The specialist independently maps and models processes from end-to-end, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends process redesigns. They work closely with business partners to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement.

Roles at this level typically require a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
