Job Description

The Operations Advisor supports critical operational support services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives within an operational unit, ensuring performance and risk indicators are met. This role establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact, preparing statistics and reports for stakeholders and senior management. The Operations Advisor also monitors production workflow, assists team members with escalated process issues, independently identifies and resolves exceptions, and serves as a point of escalation. Furthermore, this position monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of production and processes, determining and driving change and improvement efforts. Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, the Operations Advisor independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $105,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
