Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction and goal setting for the asset management team.
• Oversee asset professionals managing complex portfolios and customer requests.
• Review, approve, and provide guidance on team strategies.
• Manage internal and external risk and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Represent the business unit in senior leadership meetings.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance objectives.

Qualifications
