Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall direction and goal setting for the asset management team.
- Oversee asset professionals managing complex portfolios and customer requests.
- Review, approve, and provide guidance on team strategies.
- Manage internal and external risk and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Represent the business unit in senior leadership meetings.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance objectives.
