Position Overview

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. As a Detection & Investigation Associate in PNC's AML Financial Intelligence Unit, you will work to investigate suspicious bank activity, mitigate fraud and AML risks, and help develop internal controls to prevent illegal activities. This remote role can be performed from an approved home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and mitigate suspicious banking activity.
  • Develop internal controls based on root cause analysis.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including authorities.
  • Complete required documentation and reports such as SIR and SAR.
  • Identify and recommend control enhancements for risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2+ years AML/Fraud experience including Suspicious Incident and Activity Reports. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with acceptable equivalent experience. Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and operational risk management skills are crucial.
