At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. As a Customer Service & Support Representative, you will provide routine service support to PNC customers through multiple channels. You will help answer questions regarding products, online directions, and accounts, while resolving issues with efficiency.
This is a remote position. A dedicated workspace with high-speed, wired internet is required. Please note: PNC will not provide visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and document customer interactions.
- Recommend solutions and refer complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction in line with PNC core values.
- Follow PNC risk management and compliance guidelines.
