Position Overview: Client Solution Specialist at PNC

As a Client Solution Specialist, you will be an integral part of PNC's Mortgage Home Lending Center organization.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
The typical schedule for this role is Saturday-Wednesday, 9-5pm EST or Monday-Friday, 11:30-8pm EST. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
The Client Solution Specialist provides essential sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. This involves gathering required documentation, then preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents and relevant information for accuracy. You will perform common processing tasks, ensuring compliance with standard regulations and processes, and may also administer implementation plans.
You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners, escalating client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Your role also includes initiating, updating, and verifying client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications, and providing reports as needed. General administrative support may also be part of your responsibilities.
