Position Overview
At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. As a Client Solution Specialist in the Mortgage Home Lending Center, you will support sales, service, and execution for new and ongoing client relationships.
Schedule & Work Arrangements
Schedule options include Saturday-Wednesday, 9-5pm EST or Monday-Friday, 11:30-8pm EST. This position may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales, service, and execution support.
- Gather required documentation and verify accuracy.
- Review and prepare client and transaction details.
- Act as point of contact and escalate issues as needed.
- Administer implementation plans and generate reports.
- Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications & Experience
Typically requires an Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges between $40,500 and $72,150 based on location, market data, skills, and experience. PNC offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
