Position Overview
At PNC, our people are our greatest asset. In the role of Client Service Associate, you will support PNC's Private Bank organization in Philadelphia, PA, serving as the primary contact for client and advisor service requests. You will provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships across Banking, Investment, and Fiduciary products and services. The position is primarily based in a PNC location with occasional remote work at the manager’s discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transaction, maintenance, and inquiry requests
- Gather, prepare, review, and verify client documentation
- Ensure compliance with standard regulations and processes
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues
- Update and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems
- Provide reports and general administrative support
Desired Competencies and Qualifications
Successful candidates will have an Associates degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related business or functional experience and product knowledge. Key qualities include customer focus, accuracy, effective communication, flexibility, and risk management.
