Role Overview
This position involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing consultative sales support, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and operational servicing units. You will help identify new service opportunities, participate in contract negotiations, and resolve high severity issues to maintain positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships.
- Provide consultative support and liaison services between clients and operations.
- Participate in pricing, service scope development, and contract negotiations.
- Forecast key account metrics and document client requirements.
- Manage processes in contracts and serve as escalation point for critical issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Required banking experience, strong account management, client counseling and relationship building skills. Knowledge of risk management and customer focus is essential. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
