Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Per Diem)

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist performs a variety of standardized and highly specialized tests in multiple disciplines including Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Blood Bank.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of patient test results, covering pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases. The results are used to diagnose, manage, and treat patients.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive analyses across various laboratory disciplines.
  • Communicating effectively via computer and phone systems.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Providing a positive, professional, and empathetic customer experience.
