Role Overview: Marketing Senior Manager Employer Brand

PMG is seeking an Employer Brand Marketing Director to develop and own the overarching marketing strategy to elevate our employer brand. You will partner with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Internal Communications, and Creative teams to build integrated campaigns that attract top-tier talent and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the employer branding strategy aligned with People & Culture.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment for large-scale recruiting and campaign initiatives.
  • Drive integrated digital, social, video, and in-office campaigns.
  • Oversee storytelling, asset creation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Optimize channel strategies including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and careers site.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years in employer branding, talent marketing, or brand strategy.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with proven mentoring skills.
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to convert insights into strategies.
