Role Overview

The Marketing Senior Manager - Employer Brand will develop and own PMG’s employer brand marketing strategy. The role involves collaborating with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Internal Communications, and Creative teams to create integrated campaigns that attract top talent and boost employee engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and own employer brand strategy with clear annual goals.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, and onsite activations.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment for recruiting programs and internal launches.
  • Oversee storytelling, asset creation, and go-to-market campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute employer brand events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and track campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Mentor a team of marketing professionals.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years in employer branding, talent marketing or brand strategy.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with strong mentoring skills.
  • Proven record in executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding storytelling, communication and analytical skills.
