Role Overview
The Marketing Senior Manager - Employer Brand will develop and own PMG’s employer brand marketing strategy. The role involves collaborating with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Internal Communications, and Creative teams to create integrated campaigns that attract top talent and boost employee engagement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and own employer brand strategy with clear annual goals.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, and onsite activations.
- Manage stakeholder alignment for recruiting programs and internal launches.
- Oversee storytelling, asset creation, and go-to-market campaign execution.
- Plan and execute employer brand events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and track campaign performance using KPIs.
- Mentor a team of marketing professionals.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years in employer branding, talent marketing or brand strategy.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with strong mentoring skills.
- Proven record in executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding storytelling, communication and analytical skills.
