About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join the PM3 Campaigns team, supporting the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns that drive business results, strengthen the brand, and generate connection with our audience.
This person will work closely with the perpetual, IS, and courses teams, contributing to recurring campaigns, launches, promotional actions, and communication flows focused on performance, engagement, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns;
- Create, review, and adapt copy for different channels, such as: email marketing, WhatsApp, landing pages, ads;
- Support the construction and operation of communication flows and automations;
- Organize campaign schedules, materials, and deliverables;
- Interface with different areas to ensure the progress of initiatives;
- Monitor indicators and support performance analysis, learning, and optimizations;
- Contribute ideas to improve communication, conversion, and campaign experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Communication funnel, copywriting, and storytelling knowledge;
- Acquisition and conversion channels understanding;
- Notions in marketing, campaigns, content, or communication;
- Good writing and repertoire to adapt messages for different audiences and channels;
- Organization to handle multiple deliveries simultaneously;
- Execution capability with attention to detail;
- Interest in learning about digital marketing, automation, performance, and AI.
It would be a plus if you had:
- Familiarity with tools like: HubSpot, Notion, Figma (basic), Google Sheets / Excel.
