About the Role
Pluralsight’s Digital Success team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual contributor to help drive growth and scalability. Reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Customer Success, this role collaborates with leadership, operations, and data science teams for successful execution of key initiatives.
Who You’re Committed To Being
- Support operational execution of customer success strategy.
- Help build and optimize digital workflows.
- Track and report KPIs for digital initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Align Digital Success strategy with key business partners.
- Utilize tool stack (Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo) for increasing retention.
- Partner with CS teams to increase adoption of Gainsight.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on capacity modeling.
- Support day-to-day operations and task optimization.
Experience You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years in SaaS operations at a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on experience with digital touch/scale product growth.
- Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo.
- Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote role with on-site expectations (Tuesday through Thursday) for candidates within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office.

- This role is performed in an office or home office setting.
- The annual US base salary range is $80,000 - $105,000 USD.
