Pluralsight is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for roadmapping and delivering core functionality that empowers customers to enhance their learning and achieve better business outcomes. You will be instrumental in defining strategy, coordinating delivery, and managing the business value and commercial performance of our core offering, focusing on growth, retention, user experience, engagement, and bookings for your product line. As an expert in your field, you will lead the delivery of key features and initiatives aligned with our company strategy, identifying and building frictionless user engagement points. The ideal candidate is naturally cross-functional, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive a transformation culture and continuous improvement. You will ensure seamless alignment across product management, experience design, engineering, content production, customers, and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, communicate, present, and sell data-driven product roadmaps and business cases to senior executives, clearly linking investments to expected business impact.
• Build, prioritize, and refine requirements using discovery and data analysis to guide decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify key market trends and customer segments that will inform product innovation, positioning, and portfolio strategies.

Growth/Retention Strategy

• Assume ownership of product results, including cost, revenue growth, retention, bookings growth, and portfolio-level KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve these metrics.
• Develop and maintain competitive analysis for your product space, clearly articulating differentiation and informing roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their challenges and objectives, validate concepts, and integrate feedback into a cohesive multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Collect user data at key stages: pre-onboarding, during onboarding, and throughout platform engagement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering team members on problem-solving to create innovative solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible.

Roadmap Focus

• Iris: Drive the development of agentic workflows and predictive features to assist users in planning, implementing, and validating skills acquisition.
• Headless Product Strategy to support In the Flow: Architect the
