Overview

Pluralsight is seeking a Sr Director, Customer Transformation and Strategy to drive our global Customer Experience (CX) initiatives. In this high-impact senior individual contributor role, you will partner directly with the Chief Customer Officer to design and execute strategies that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • CX Strategy & Alignment: Partner with the CCO to refine and execute global CX strategies.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Customer Success, Support and Professional Services.
  • Execution & Enablement: Translate strategies into executable plans and empower frontline teams.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and clear communication with executive leadership.

Experience & Requirements

More than 10 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Strategy, or Transformation. Proven track record of leading multi-year transformation programs and connecting vision with measurable execution. Exceptional communication and executive presence are required.

Work Arrangement & Additional Information

This is a remote role with expectations to work on-site in the Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday if located within 45 miles.
