The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech and Product at Pluralsight acts as a strategic advisor and recruiting expert for technical roles. This role focuses on Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, and Data Science within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on hiring manager partnership.
  • Conduct recruitment intake sessions for designated roles.
  • Run deep boolean searches to find niche technical candidates.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates from active and passive markets.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision processes.
  • Track pipeline, priorities and performance data.
  • Drive offer process and negotiate offers with candidates.

Experience You’ll Bring

Minimum 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology environment and experience in sourcing for IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design.

Requirements

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager partnership.
  • Source both active and passive candidates using effective practices.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong sales ability and excellent pitch skills.
  • Sharp interview skills screening for technical and cultural fit.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting organizational needs.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote role with on-site expectations for candidates within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday. Remote flexibility is offered on Mondays and Fridays.

Compensation

The annual US base salary range is $93,800 - $130,500 USD. Actual compensation depends on location, skills, and experience.
