Job Description

About the Role

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior People Compliance Manager to be the strategic backbone of their global People function. In this role, you will design frameworks to ensure the global team operates safely and ethically. You will be responsible for scaling immigration programs, mastering regulatory audits, and ensuring internal processes are world-class.

Who You Are

  • You are adept at building systems to mitigate risks and translating complex global regulations into actionable HR policies.
  • You possess strong communication skills, effectively bridging Legal, Finance, and IT to align compliance initiatives across the organization.
  • You are comfortable with both high-level strategy and detailed operational tasks within HRIS systems and SOPs.
  • You maintain a high bar for accuracy in reporting (e.g., EEO-1, OFCCP) while remaining flexible with evolving international employment law.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Global Strategy: Drive the implementation and governance of employment compliance programs, including immigration, regulatory reporting, and HR policy management.
  • Own Immigration & Policy: Oversee all immigration processes in partnership with external vendors and maintain global HR handbooks to ensure compliance with current practices and local laws.
  • Master Regulatory Reporting: Ensure readiness for EEO-1, VETS, BLS, and other state/country-specific filings.
  • Strengthen Internal Controls: Lead HR audit programs and develop robust SOPs and playbooks for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Data Optimization: Partner with internal teams to streamline data reporting, enhancing compliance efficiency through technology.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, risk management, or immigration.
  • Proven success managing high-volume, regulated HR processes and overseeing third-party vendors.
  • Deep experience managing complex immigration programs and ensuring regulatory adherence for a global workforce.
  • Strong command of US federal/state laws, with solid working knowledge of EMEA and APAC regulations.
  • Experience working within HRIS systems to drive compliance (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and global jurisdictions.
  • Experience managing external audits (e.g., OFCCP) and overseeing annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).

Requirements

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach promotes collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams while maintaining efficiency and culture.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Work in a blended environment supporting collaboration, flexibility, and connection.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of tech upskilling.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Embrace continuous learning with opportunities for new challenges and growth.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, and professional development funds.
