What You’ll Do

  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Performance Management.
  • Provide day-to-day production support across the People Technology stack.
  • Assist partners by creating custom Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations and optimize system functionalities.
  • Track projects and tickets in Jira ensuring timely delivery.
  • Partner with leaders to drive adoption of performance management practices.
  • Support additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, and HCM.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience with focus on performance management.
  • Experience supporting multiple Workday modules.
  • Ability to translate best practices into effective system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business is preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote role with on-site expectations for applicants near Westlake/Dallas, TX (Tuesday through Thursday) and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
