What You’ll Do
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Performance Management.
- Provide day-to-day production support across the People Technology stack.
- Assist partners by creating custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations and optimize system functionalities.
- Track projects and tickets in Jira ensuring timely delivery.
- Partner with leaders to drive adoption of performance management practices.
- Support additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, and HCM.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience with focus on performance management.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules.
- Ability to translate best practices into effective system solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business is preferred.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote role with on-site expectations for applicants near Westlake/Dallas, TX (Tuesday through Thursday) and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
