About the Role
A Lead Graphics and Motion Designer delivers best-in-class creative solutions in graphic and motion design. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics across digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing objectives into engaging design and video content
- Own creative direction for internal and external initiatives
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop marketing campaigns
- Perform final video edits and manage post-production deliverables
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years in graphic and motion design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with video editing, post-production, and digital asset delivery
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
Work Arrangement
This is a remote role with an expectation to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday if located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office.
