Enablement Program Manager at Pluralsight
We are looking for a driven and collaborative Enablement Program Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this mid-level role, you will focus on partner enablement by designing, building, and delivering programs, resources, and training that empower both our internal partner organization and external partners to succeed.
You will also work closely with our direct sales team and support broader enablement initiatives including new hire onboarding and content management when capacity allows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Partner Enablement Assets including internal documentation and sales playbooks.
- Design engaging training programs for internal and partner-facing teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with partner, direct sales, marketing, and product marketing teams.
- Maintain content management & governance of enablement materials.
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives from intake to delivery.
- Measure program impact through engagement tracking and reporting.
- Support broader company-wide enablement initiatives when needed.
Who You Are
You enjoy learning and adapting, are self-aware, and proactive in communication. You experiment, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, and value collaborative work.
Experience & Requirements
- 3–5 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, partner marketing, or related fields.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Highspot, Gong, LMS tools, and Google suite.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS and technology environment.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role follows a hybrid work model with on-site days at the Westlake, TX office (Tuesday through Thursday) and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
