What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop a growth plan aligned with OKRs, conduct bottoms-up modeling, and define standardized KPIs for awareness, conversion, and retention.

Driving Business Insights: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities, conduct gap analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Collaboration and Team Leadership: Lead a global team of data analysts, mentor team members, and collaborate with marketing, data, and finance teams. Set clear expectations and guide timely project delivery.

Web and SaaS E-commerce Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude) to track marketing channel performance and optimize e-commerce revenue models.

Reporting and Communication: Oversee critical marketing metrics and dashboards, prepare executive presentations, and ensure consistent reporting across teams.

Experience You’ll Bring

Minimum 5-7 years in analytics, preferably in e-commerce, consulting, or tech. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills with proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and web analytics tools. Experience in leading globally distributed teams is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one web analytics tool.
  • Experience with data storytelling and executive reporting.
  • Understanding of e-commerce conversion metrics and SaaS revenue models.
  • Remote role with on-site requirements for candidates within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX on specific days.

Compensation

The annual US base salary ranges from $115,500 to $160,400 USD, with additional benefits and bonuses based on factors such as location and experience.
