Customer Success Coordinator at Pluralsight
As a Customer Success Coordinator at Pluralsight, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers realize ongoing value from our platform. You’ll manage a high volume of customer renewals, uncover opportunities for growth, and ensure our customers feel supported at every stage of their journey. You’ll be working at the intersection of Customer Success, Revenue, Marketing, and Legal, using your organizational and communication skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a large portfolio of customers
- Create quotes, process orders, track forecasts, and collect purchase orders
- Support agreement negotiations in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Revenue teams to identify risk and expansion opportunities
- Leverage digital strategies to deliver value at scale and supplement Customer Success Manager (CSM) engagement
- Partner with Account Executives to support upsell and cross-sell motions
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to forecast accuracy and account health

Requirements
- Curiosity around SaaS, technology, or workforce development.
- Basic understanding of business development, sales or customer success
- Comfortable using a variety of communication methods (sending outbound emails, making outbound phone calls, conducting virtual meetings, leading webinars, etc.)
- Business sense and ability to analyze data to address customer situations.
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS and knowledge of the SaaS renewal process
Work Arrangement & Location
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Compensation & Application Details
The annual base salary + variable for this role is $60,000-75,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply. Applications must be submitted within 90 days after the initial posting date to be considered.
