Job Title: Conflicts Analyst

Location: REMOTE, FL ONLY
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 with additional OT and Bonus
Position Overview
The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough research on corporations, agencies, and individuals associated with incoming client matters and conflicts checks. This role involves analyzing research results and conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and proposing necessary resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and detailed research on conflicts-related matters.
- Evaluate source research and conflicts reports for potential issues.
- Inform attorneys and staff about potential or actual conflicts and propose resolutions.
- Consult with management on complex conflicts issues.
- Update corporate hierarchies in the conflicts and billing databases.
- Research mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies for database updates.
- Manage various conflicts research and analysis projects.
Proficiencies & Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in conflicts-related computer operations and software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word.
- Effective business verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years relevant experience.
