Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity will execute the global cybersecurity strategy. The role provides strategic and technical leadership, oversees design standards, enterprise security architectures, incident response, and drives the cybersecurity tool roadmap to support business growth and risk management.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Lead a team of security engineers and analysts in operations, architecture, and automation.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise security standards and controls.
• Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle and incident response processes.
• Drive the cybersecurity tool roadmap including SIEM, EDR, CSPM, DLP, etc.
• Develop incident readiness and conduct regular simulations to test effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security policies and compliance.
• Support security audits and prepare regular security metrics reports.
• Optimize security tools, leveraging automation for enhanced detection and prevention.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8-10+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years; management experience required. Must be able to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, possess strong analytical skills, and supply leadership in driving cybersecurity initiatives. Experience with cloud security, emerging technologies such as AI/machine learning, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks is essential. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or Security+ but are not mandatory.
