Are you a highly skilled multi-disciplinary product designer with a start-up mindset? Do you enjoy taking your idea all the way from research to production? Do you have an eye for both good UI and UX?

What You Will Do

As Product Designer at Plecto you will be the sole designer responsible for our entire visual identity, with a strong focus on the actual product and its features. You will spend 80% of your time on the product and the remaining 20% on general tasks such as website, marketing, etc. As a part of your design process, you will work with both customer support, customers, sales and of course our development team. It's important that you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Create an updated consistent component library
• Work with our product vision team, which you will be a part of, to create an inspiring product roadmap
• Research pain points through customer interactions (interviews, attending support meetings about the topics you research, etc.)
• Create prototypes to discuss with the product vision team
• Create pixel-perfect designs for frontend/backend teams

Visual Identity

• Make sure we have a consistent visual identity moving forward in everything we do
• Ensure we have templates for presentations etc. ready
• We are not looking for a completely new identity with a new logo etc., but are interested in making a refreshed consistent expression across channels

Who You Are

Required Expertise

• 3+ years of proven experience in Software Product Design
• Experience with working with a development team
• Expert in Figma
