About the Role

Playstudios is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Tech Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery of playCONNECT – our core technology platform in mobile gaming and loyalty infrastructure. In this high-impact role, you will define the product vision, lead Product Managers, and ensure playCONNECT scales with our growing portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the strategic direction of playCONNECT, driving platform innovation across mobile game development support, loyalty integration, marketing tools, data analytics, and web technologies.

Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and own the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, playAwards, and Game Studios to integrate playCONNECT technologies seamlessly.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and providing clear direction.

Platform Scalability & Performance: Oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of playCONNECT, addressing technical challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Act as liaison between playCONNECT and senior leadership, game studios, and operations ensuring transparency and alignment on goals.

User & Data-Driven Product Decisions: Use analytics, user feedback, and market research to refine features and optimize user experience.

Partner Integrations: Lead the strategy and execution of integrating playCONNECT into partner applications.

Requirements

Fluent English; proven leadership in platform or B2B2C product teams; deep understanding of technical products, APIs, SDKs, and systems integration; and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in gaming, SaaS, or loyalty ecosystems is ideal.

Bonus

Background in mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or digital rewards; experience with productizing internal tools; and familiarity with agile methodologies.
