The Role of a Technical Support Specialist
Due to our dynamic growth, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with relevant experience to join our Integration Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full customer support services for our existing partner integrations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Hands-on software development experience with Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Elastic, Dynatrace, or Grafana
- A proactive, client-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Eagerness to learn quickly and grow technically
- Working knowledge of XML and JSON
- Basic experience with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of API protocols, specifically REST
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
What Would Be Beneficial
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes
- Experience using Jira and the Atlassian stack
- Basic understanding of QA processes and test environments
- Previous experience in a technical support, DevOps, or site reliability role
- Practical experience with monitoring systems
- Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and basic project management skills
