Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist in the Integration Department, you will provide full customer support for our partner integrations, including integration protocol testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze integration issues and find appropriate solutions
- Perform testing on integration protocols
- Deliver second-level customer support
- Use monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, and Grafana
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
- Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, Git, and API protocols
- Upper-Intermediate or better English proficiency
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
