Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist in the Integration Department, you will provide full customer support for our partner integrations, including integration protocol testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze integration issues and find appropriate solutions
  • Perform testing on integration protocols
  • Deliver second-level customer support
  • Use monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, and Grafana
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
  • Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, Git, and API protocols
  • Upper-Intermediate or better English proficiency
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes
