Senior Legal Counsel at Playson

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead jurisdictional due-diligence programs across licensed markets.
  • Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements.
  • Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks and advise leadership.
  • Partner with Compliance, Product, and Business verticals to align legal insights with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor evolving regulation and translate insights into actionable guidance.
  • Provide ad-hoc counsel for rapid, compliant decision-making.

Requirements

  • LLB / LLM or equivalent.
  • 3+ years PQE including 2+ years in iGaming.
  • Proven multi-jurisdictional expertise and business-centric solutions.
  • Excellence in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ethical standards.
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must.
