Position Overview
As a Senior Game Developer at Playson, you will deliver high performance and innovative game engine features. This role is ideal for a committed developer experienced in game development and new feature creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with game engine and develop new features.
- Propose innovative solution algorithms and optimizations.
- Design and write functional unit tests for updated code.
- Develop tools and scripts for work optimisation.
- Collaborate and exchange ideas within the Engineering Community.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of JavaScript UI Client programming experience in a business environment.
- Expert in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+ with a strong focus on FPS and CPU performance.
- In-depth experience with Canvas/WebGL rendering cycles.
- Proven background in game development and slot games.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, game programming patterns, and cross-browser development.
- Experience with Git and excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate or higher level of English and a GTD mindset.
Beneficial Skills
- Understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and threading.
- Experience with Spine animations, Texturepacker, and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Unit Testing, Jira, Confluence, and basic Vue.
- Exposure to full-stack development and Scrum workflow processes.
