Experience You Bring
• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of platform products, payment products, fintech experiences, or other technically complex domains.
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, including processing, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, partner relationships, and operational considerations.
• Experience building shared capabilities adopted by multiple teams across products, markets, or business areas.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate complex dependencies, trade-offs, integrations, APIs, architecture, and technical constraints.
• Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Design to create customer experiences that balance technical quality, trust, accessibility, and business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills and experience aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and simplifying complex topics for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• A track record of delivering meaningful business outcomes in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
• Experience with international products, payments, regulatory requirements, or multi-market launches is a plus.
