About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling, call coordination, and calendar management.
- Assist with email organization and follow-ups.

- Keep digital records and assist with financial tracking.
- Occasionally travel to large scale events in the U.S. (e.g., California, NYC).
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive communication skills for managing calls, schedules, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets; QuickBooks or similar is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with remote work experience.
- Experience in Air Table is a plus.
