Responsibilities

• Engage with subject matter experts to create impactful learning content
• Craft video scripts and key learning points based on expert feedback
• Develop comprehensive questions and answers to identify performance trends
• Create video content using designated software within deadlines
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System for effective tracking
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
• Contribute to the overall learning and development vision
