About the Role

The Senior Technical Success Architect is a high-impact, fast-paced, and high-visibility customer facing role. Acting as a technical advisor, you will work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from our SaaS platform while building trusted relationships with Compliance & Safety stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical champion and strategic compliance advisor for customers.
  • Utilize regulatory and technical expertise to drive product utilization.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Lead customer workshops and innovation sessions to explore new compliance use cases.
  • Participate in onsite and virtual customer business review meetings.
  • Define customer engagement models and success metrics.
  • Implement tools, dashboards, and automation to streamline customer interactions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, technology, engineering, business or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in SaaS with technical accounts or solution management roles.
  • Subject matter expertise in hours of service, ELD compliance and fleet management.
  • Experience managing technical accounts in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, or Productboard.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making and analytical skills.
