About the role

Join the leading team of the HR division at Plasan. This role combines HR partnership and manager support with leadership of the Employee Experience, Internal Communications, and Employer Branding domains across the organization.

Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Manager Support
  • Serve as the HR point of contact (HR POC) for business units across the organization
  • Partner with managers on employee management, HR processes, and team-related challenges
  • Guide and support managers on feedback, employee development, and team leadership
  • Lead key HR processes in collaboration with managers and the HR team
Employee Experience & Organizational Culture
  • Lead the Employee Experience domain across the organization
  • Build and implement the annual Employee Experience plan aligned with the HR strategy
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Initiate and lead company-wide employee experience activities
Internal Communications & Employer Branding
  • Lead the Internal Communications and Employer Branding domains
  • Develop and implement the internal communications strategy
  • Manage the company’s internal communication platform and create engaging content for employees
  • Lead employer branding activities on social media in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Define policies and guidelines for organizational social media communications

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR role within a mid-size or large organization
  • Experience supporting managers and advising on HR-related matters
  • Experience in Employee Experience / Internal Communications / Organizational Culture – an advantage
  • Experience creating internal and external content
  • Experience leading cross-organizational projects
