The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and curious Associate Product Analyst to start a career at the intersection of product, operations, and technology. In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers and various cross-functional teams to support product development, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing product operations across multiple teams.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to inform decisions.
• Support project tracking and status reporting to maintain alignment.
• Maintain product documentation and process guides.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and generate insights.
• Monitor key product metrics and flag issues or trends.
• Support stakeholder communications and status updates.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements in the product lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and basics of software development.
• Exposure to product or project management concepts.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.

Nice to Have

• Experience with basic SQL, Excel/Google Sheets formulas, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Internship or project experience in a software company.
