Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90K – $100K (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a two or three-person wireline crew at the well site or shop.
- Design projects and maintain mobile equipment including wireline and crane trucks.
- Maintain downhole electronic wireline instruments for data gathering and analysis.
- Perform basic interpretation of well logs, including formation evaluation and cement bond tests.
- Operate explosives safely in compliance with API RP-67.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Adhere to customer and company policies while on site.
- Ensure quality control of log data and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
- Demand and enforce safe operations for all jobsite personnel.
Qualifications
- College degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant job training valuable.
- Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
- Current Blaster License (NYS Dept. of Labor, License & Certification) required.
- No felony convictions; clean driving record and pass background checks.
- Understanding of downhole instruments, basic equipment maintenance, and simple math.
- Basic computer skills in Windows based operating systems.
