How you will contribute:
We are looking for a Technical Sales Leader to join our growing company. In this role you will lead key customer engagement opportunities and projects as well as develop and deploy required tools for customer engagement and CRM. You will make an immediate and sustainable impact as you grow along with Plantible’s expansion.
- Lead customer engagement for identified customers and develop opportunity pipeline.
- Develop and deploy tools and collateral for customer engagement including dashboards.
What you will be working on:
- Lead customer opportunities and collaborative projects with R&D and Business Development.
- Engage in hands-on formulation, prototyping, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing processes.
- Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate product efficacy.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends.
- Create technical documentation and marketing materials.
- Represent Plantible at trade shows and conferences.
- Travel regularly to customer sites to support technical needs.
- Develop customer engagement tools and update CRM systems.
- Provide status updates on key initiatives and commercialization activities.
What you bring to Plantible:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemical engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial or technical roles.
- Experience in dairy alt, meat alt, bakery & snacks, RTM beverages, sauces and dressings.
- Proven track record of surpassing growth targets and establishing product-market fit.
- Hands-on technical capabilities and proficiency with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted customer relationships.
- A can-do attitude and flexibility in a startup environment.
