Your Role
No Busy Work Here. As an Intern, you’ll be treated just like our entry level staff. You will safeguard businesses through optimizing the value received from tech investments. You can look forward to an impressive repertoire of engagements that deepen your knowledge and client experience while harnessing the power of technology.
The responsibilities include:
- Working with a variety of external clients and their technologies.
- Providing technical support to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Identifying and resolving hardware, software, mobile, and network issues.
- Handling project work such as migrations, upgrades, and security audits.
- Supporting clients in a rotational, on-call environment.
The Qualifications
Applicants should be detail-oriented leaders with strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills. Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. IT or engineering knowledge is a plus, and some experience with service desk remediation is beneficial.

Eligible staff enjoy comprehensive health benefits, Flexible Time Off, a 401(k) plan, and additional perks. Hourly rates are provided for positions in Colorado and Illinois at $36.00 per hour.
