Your Role and Responsibilities
As Team Lead Customer Success DACH, you will play a key role at the interface between customer, sales, and product. You will lead a growing Customer Success team for the German-speaking market, ensuring that our strategically most important and largest customers achieve measurable business value with PlanRadar.
You bring a deep understanding of the construction or ConTech industry, speak the language of our customers, and set clear quality and performance standards within the team. At the same time, you develop Customer Success as a true value and growth driver – with clear accountability for results, measurable customer success, and tangible commercial impact. At PlanRadar, you understand Customer Success as a partnership accompanying our customers in their ongoing construction and project everyday life: from implementation on the construction site to establishing stable processes and continuous development of collaboration across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for experienced individuals with existing leadership experience from the construction or ConTech environment who want to take the next step into a leadership role at a software company.
The position is remote, depending on location, and possible in Germany, Austria, or Croatia.
Your Area of Activity
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as coaching of the Customer Success team for the DACH Enterprise & Mid-Market segment, which serves our strategically most important and largest customers.
- Regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions to build a high-performing, motivated team.
- Overall responsibility for adoption, retention (GRR), expansion (NRR), and CSAT in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segment.
- Analysis of adoption metrics (feature usage, engagement) and guiding the team to increase product value and expansion opportunities.
- Translation of North Star KPIs into concrete team priorities and ongoing alignment with the company strategy.
- Collaboration with Sales and Account Management for seamless handovers, land-and-expand strategies, and renewal planning.
What You Bring
- Several years of professional experience and demonstrable leadership responsibility in the construction or ConTech environment with a strong customer and business focus.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a revenue-related B2B role is an advantage but not a must – especially with a strong construction/ConTech background.
- Enjoy developing and managing teams in a performance-oriented manner.
- Strong performance and results focus combined with high customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels, including C-level.
- Native level German and business fluent English.
