What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager at PlanHub will build, refine, and automate HubSpot workflows to streamline sales processes for reps and SDRs. You will create, monitor, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on sales rep and SDR performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for sales teams.
- Integrate AI tools for forecasting, lead flow, and decision-making.
- Own pipeline reporting, forecasting processes, and trend analysis.
- Oversee monthly commissions process and ad hoc reporting.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure scalable reporting.
- Continuously optimize processes, tools, and metrics.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Applicants should have a minimum of 6 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, proven experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, and strong analytical skills. You must be adept at managing sales commissions and incentive compensation programs while leveraging AI-powered tools for enhancing performance.
