Job Overview
Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant. In this role, you will support impactful digital transformation projects, leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies like Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while guiding customers through change management journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OCM activities: workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Develop and execute Microsoft Copilot related offerings.
- Strategize communications, training, and champion plans.
- Educate end-users and stakeholders to ease digital transitions.
- Measure success, adjust plans, and share knowledge through blogs and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offer leadership to project teams.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in change management with strong Microsoft 365 expertise and excellent communication skills. Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, GCC High migration projects and Copilot deployments is advantageous. PROSCI Certification or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification is a plus.
