The Role - Software Engineer Web

As an engineer on our Web team, you will play a central role in reshaping Plaid's brand through engaging, interactive, and impactful web pages. You will contribute to the development of full pages and templatized pages via our CMS while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components and pages for plaid.com
• Champion performance, availability, reliability, accessibility, and user delight
• Refine internal publishing workflows for CMS-built pages
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience as a front-end engineer or web developer
• High attention to detail and strong design sense
• Experience with static and server-side website development
• Proficiency in Javascript, React, or modern UI frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based web design

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $124,032 to $223,200 per year depending on geographic zones. Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
