Team & Role Overview

The Product Designer Fraud & Risk will join the Fraud & Risk Dashboard team. This team drives Plaid’s Dashboard, a critical interface for customers and data partners, offering tools for integrations, account management, and emerging insights for fraud prevention and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and ship high-quality product experiences for the Dashboard.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners from planning through execution.
  • Advocate for user centered design throughout the development process.
  • Create everything from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect prototypes.
  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product design.
  • Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity visuals.
  • Excellent verbal, visual presentation skills and clear design articulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to tie designs to business needs and metrics.
  • Collaborative approach to influence team direction and deliverables.
