Team & Role Overview
The Product Designer Fraud & Risk will join the Fraud & Risk Dashboard team. This team drives Plaid’s Dashboard, a critical interface for customers and data partners, offering tools for integrations, account management, and emerging insights for fraud prevention and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-quality product experiences for the Dashboard.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners from planning through execution.
- Advocate for user centered design throughout the development process.
- Create everything from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect prototypes.
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design.
- Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity visuals.
- Excellent verbal, visual presentation skills and clear design articulation.
- Demonstrated ability to tie designs to business needs and metrics.
- Collaborative approach to influence team direction and deliverables.
